SMCIL is looking for an Occupational Therapist to work part time on a Contractual basis for our Older Adult Home Modification Program (OAHMP) using the CAPABLE program. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and licensure from the Board of Occupational Therapy. Must be able to work from a collaborative, client-centered model and the willingness and ability to implement a protocol and balance with clinical judgment. Must have at least one year experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist and experience with home care with older adults is preferred.
