Southern Maryland Regional At Loan Library

Southern Maryland Center for Independent Living (SMCIL) in collaboration with Maryland Technology Assistance Program (MD TAP) has opened the Southern Maryland Regional Assistive Technology Loan Library to support access to Assistive Technology. The AT loan library enables individuals with disabilities to live, work and learn more independently through Assistive Technology by allowing a consumer to see and try the latest AT prior to purchasing.

The AT Loan Library is available by appointment only Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM. – 4:30 PM. Please call 301-884-4498 ext 2 to speak with our AT Specialist, Stacy Tobin for more information and/or to schedule an appointment for a tour of the AT Loan Library, request a device demonstration or to begin a short-term loan.
